Coconut Palms Beach Resorts

A time-share resort located on the ocean in New Smyrna Beach. The project was developed on several sites with a series of existing and new buildings that contained 200 time-share units over a 5 year period. The buildings range from one story 450 s.f. studios to 7 story hotel with 100 time-share units.

Atlantic Villas Condominium

Located on a long slim lot directly on the oceanfront, the Atlantic Villas Condominium is a 23 unit 10 story condominium. The top floor is a 4,000 square foot penthouse with 4,000 square feet of outdoor terraces. On forth floor is the community room with a large terrace overlooking the island of New Smyrna Beach.

Dune Point Condominium

Located on small triangular site just off the ocean the design allowed for a four story, six unit condominium with garage parking. A small community room and pool area overlook the ocean on the first floor.
